Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

To keep our fees as low as possible, it is our policy that bills be settled at the time of treatment. (A deposit will be required for all hospitalized patients). We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Care Credit and veterinary pet insurance.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
